• Account Information — your email address, display name, and profile details provided during registration.
• Usage Data — information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, generation settings, timestamps, and device/browser information.
• Generated Content Metadata — records of generations you create, including tool type, parameters, credit usage, and status. Generated outputs are stored temporarily for delivery.
• Payment Information — transaction records processed by PayGate.to. We do not directly store your credit card numbers or cryptocurrency wallet keys.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Process credit purchases and maintain your account balance.
• Communicate with you about your account, service updates, and important notices.
• Monitor for prohibited use and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns to improve performance and develop new features.

3. Third-Party Services

ModelPix.ai integrates with the following third-party services to operate:

• A2E.ai — AI processing and model execution. Your generation requests and input content are sent to A2E.ai for processing.
• PayGate.to — Payment processing for credit purchases. PayGate.to handles all payment data in accordance with their own privacy policy.
• Neon — Serverless PostgreSQL database hosting for account and application data.
• Vercel — Application hosting and content delivery.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies as well.

4. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.

While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Cookies

ModelPix.ai uses essential session cookies to maintain your authentication state and provide core functionality. These cookies are necessary for the Service to operate and cannot be disabled.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

6. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — update or correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Export — request a portable copy of your data.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Generated content is stored temporarily for delivery and may be purged according to our retention policy. Usage logs and analytics data are retained in anonymized form.

When you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children

ModelPix.ai is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will promptly terminate their account and delete their data.

9. International Users

ModelPix.ai is operated from and data is processed in the United States and various cloud regions. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. We encourage you to review this policy regularly.
